Mount Vernon NDIS Physiotherapy Industry Leaders
NDIS physiotherapy refers to physiotherapy services delivered to eligible NDIS participants as part of their funded support plan. Physio Inq is a registered NDIS provider, supporting participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed across Australia.
Physiotherapy under the NDIS focuses on building and maintaining physical function, improving mobility and independence, and supporting participants to achieve the goals outlined in their NDIS plan. Sessions are delivered in environments that are familiar and relevant to the participant, including the home, school, community settings, or via Telehealth.
Our NDIS physiotherapists are AHPRA-registered clinicians with experience supporting people living with a wide range of disability types, including neurological conditions, physical disability, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, and complex health needs.
What our NDIS physiotherapy services include:
- Functional capacity assessments to support NDIS planning and plan reviews
- Mobility and independence programs tailored to NDIS goals
- Strength, balance and exercise programs for daily function
- Equipment prescription and home modification recommendations
- Neurological rehabilitation, including stroke, Parkinson’s and MS
- Paediatric physiotherapy for children with disability
- Pain management and fatigue support
- Support for safe movement, transfers and positioning
- Goal-based programs aligned to Capacity Building supports
All treatment plans are developed in collaboration with the participant, their support coordinator, family or carer, and other allied health professionals involved in their care.
How We Deliver NDIS Physiotherapy
Physio Inq delivers NDIS physiotherapy across three service channels, ensuring participants can access support regardless of their location or mobility.
In Your Home
Home-based NDIS physiotherapy allows sessions to take place in the environment where participants spend most of their time. Therapy delivered at home is immediately applicable to real-life tasks and routines, and removes the significant barrier of travelling to a clinic for participants with mobility challenges or complex support needs.
Our physiotherapists bring all necessary equipment to each session and coordinate directly with support workers, carers and family members to ensure continuity of care.

In Your Community
For participants whose NDIS goals include community participation, Physio Inq can deliver physiotherapy in schools, supported accommodation, community centres, gyms and workplaces. This approach supports therapy that is directly connected to the environments where participants live and engage.
Online (Telehealth)
Our telehealth physiotherapy service is available to NDIS participants who prefer remote sessions, live in regional or rural areas, or who benefit from regular check-ins between in-person visits. Telehealth physiotherapy can be funded under the same NDIS supports as in-person services.

Who We Support
Physio Inq’s NDIS physiotherapy services support participants across all ages, disability types and plan management arrangements. Our team has extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and understands the documentation, reporting and communication requirements that support coordinators, plan managers and families rely on.
NDIS Participants: All Plan Types
We support participants who are self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed. Our team handles all required reporting and invoicing in line with NDIS guidelines, and communicates directly with support coordinators and plan managers throughout the referral and service delivery process.
Children and Young People with Disability
Our paediatric NDIS physiotherapists work with children living with developmental conditions, physical disability, neurological conditions and other complex needs. Sessions are delivered in the home, school or childcare setting, and are designed around the child’s goals, routines and support network.
Adults Living with Disability
We support adults with a broad range of disability types, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions, physical disability and complex health needs. Therapy is planned around each participant’s functional goals and the environments in which they live and participate.
Support Coordinators and Plan Managers
Physio Inq works closely with support coordinators and plan managers to streamline the referral process and ensure clear communication throughout service delivery. We provide timely clinical reports, progress updates and functional capacity assessments to support NDIS reviews and plan renewals.
Family Members and Carers
We recognise the central role that families and carers play in supporting NDIS participants. Our team provides practical guidance and clear communication throughout the therapy process, and welcomes family involvement in sessions where appropriate.
If you are supporting a family member and would like to discuss their needs before making a referral, we welcome that conversation. Contact our team on 1300 731 733 or use our online Make a Referral Form.
