As the strategic leader at Physio lnq, Jonathan is big on collaboration, through empowering staff to chase their passion and use Physio Inq as a vehicle to do it. He hopes to position Physio lnq as the benchmark of high quality, patient orientated and clinician connected healthcare into the future.
Combine this with a keen interest in Technology and IT, Jonathan has at his core, a passion for innovation, progress and driving change.

After over a decade building Physio Inq private practices, Irene turned her eye to community services and found her true home. With a real passion for growing and nurturing the great talent that makes up the Physio Inq multidisciplinary crew, Irene heads up the NSW and VIC state teams.
Irene is deeply involved in the intrinsic operations and quality pathway of the community team, and is committed to the endless pursuit of stellar service for our clients. She also measures herself on creating a sticky workplace environment for each and every staff member in the family.
Earth Mother - Physio Inq Mobile + Community State Manager
Liz Pearson is an experienced physiotherapist, people enabler and businesswoman.
As the State Manager for Physio Inq Mobile and Community Teams in Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia, Liz is humbled to work with incredibly clever and loving people who have a desire to help others in meaningful ways.
She loves managing change, collaborating, learning and being challenged in her amazing role with Physio Inq.
Physio Inq Mobile + Community State Manager
Aaron graduated from La Trobe University’s School of Physiotherapy in 2007. He has 12 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist working in a variety of settings including Hospital Emergency Departments, Orthopaedic Wards, Private Practice, Occupational Rehabilitation, Corporate Consulting and Elite Sports, including six seasons as a Physiotherapist with the Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club.
Since 2015 Aaron has worked in Health Management as a Regional Manager within a multi-disciplinary Injury and Rehabilitation Consulting Group.
Aaron has a passion for coaching and development of staff on both a personal and professional level. Helping them to achieve greater purpose in their work while balancing the demands of a busy lifestyle.
A true Melbournian and therefore a sporting enthusiast, Aaron follows everything from AFL to children throwing rocks at tin cans in the park. A formerly competitive and now very much recreational runner, exercise and conditioning form the pillars of his rehabilitation philosophies.
James Duffy has had an extensive career in developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the best part of a decade in the health and wealth industry.
James has revolutionised the digital marketing strategy for Physio Inq since going in 2016. He has integrated new digital methodologies in the everyday operations of our licensed clinics & mobile teams.
Dona is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience in operational finance in the health industry and brings a calm, rational and clear head to the Leadership Team. She has a roll your sleeves up attitude and a fine eye for detail. Couple this with the most wonderfully pleasant personality, and you have one happy CEO.
Obi Wan of Operations
With a 25+ year career that went from physiotherapist, to physiotherapy clinic owner to business consultant, Gill has exactly the experience that Physio Inq clinic owners and managers love to draw from.
Gill loves managing the details and believes that if you cross the t's and dot the i's, your business will thrive.
Gill works closely with the PINQ clinic managers and franchisees to keep them accountable, answer their questions, give them support and guidance and in turn, keep their clinics humming.
Allie Deignan has had a lifelong passion of graphic design and a newly discovered enthusiasm for brand storytelling and development. Starting in 2015 as part of the clinic admin team, then moving into the creative role for Physio Inq, Allie has grown as a graphic designer and continues to cultivate and build brand awareness through visual design. Committed to her role, she lives and breathes the branding for Physio Inq.

Julia Padoani has a passion for everything marketing. Whether it’s brainstorming digital marketing solutions for Physio Inq franchisees, storytelling through content, or executing marketing strategies, this pocket rocket goes above and beyond.
Her ultimate goal as a marketer is to make a positive impact in the digitally transformative environment.
Team Leader – Community Relations Commander
Ann is the Senior Administrator for our Australian Mobile + Community department. Before joining the PINQ train she has worked with other Allied Health Providers, dealing with NDIS and Aged Care clients.
Ann likes to keep things light, but a tight and organised crew. Her passion for helping those who need it most is what drives her to the office every day.
Community Relations Commander
Cecilia is a fast learner, effective communicator and appreciates a good challenge. She enjoys working with others and considers herself to have a friendly and caring nature. Before joining the awesome PINQ team, Cecilia worked as an Administrator for 3 years before moving into the Aged Care sector where she worked directly with Aged Care and NDIS clients.
Cecilia uses her OCD-like organisational skills to make sure PINQ’s day runs as smoothly as possible.
Cecilia is an energetic, passionate and driven person who will strive to do everything in her power to support you in achieving the best possible outcome, using a person centred approach you will be given the power to make choices that affect your daily life and goals.
Community Relations Commander
Maddy has been working with Physio Inq for over 3 years and has loved seeing the business grow and over this time.
She is extremely passionate about health care and will go above and beyond to ensure that clients are receiving the help they require. Her friendly and bubbly personality allows her to build relationships with clients and help people in the best way possible.
She is currently studying a Masters degree at UTS, and loves incorporating the skills she has learnt at uni into her work to be able to provide great customer service.

Lachlan Whitehall is a First generation, self-Proclaimed NDIS Guru by day and Bacon and egg roll enthusiast by night.
Lachlan has spent the best part over three years working in the NDIS space before teaming up with Physio Inq.
Personable and professional under pressure, Lachlan will always go the extra mile for his customers and team members.
Mobile + Community R2 D2 Administrative Assistant
John joined Physio Inq in early 2019. John contains the attributes of great attention to detail along with strong problem solving skills of which are key in maintaining accurate accounting records for our Physio Inq Mobile + Community team.
John is the master of time management and has the ability to adapt to any situation quickly and efficiently no what comes up in his world. John is the shrewd wizard and droid behind the scenes at Physio Inq.
