Valentine’s Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the Physio Inq Valentine's Day Giveaway. By participating, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to participants over the age of 18 who are residents of Australia. Proof of residency will be required.
- Employees of Physio Inq and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
- Follow the Physio Inq Facebook or Instagram page, and the Pinq Care Instagram or Facebook page.
- Like the giveaway post and tag a friend.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Giveaway Period
- Starts on the 28th of January 2026 and ends on the 11th of February 2026.
- Entries received after the 11th of February 2026 will not be considered.
4. Prize Details
- 2 x Event Cinema Gold Class tickets
- Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Refer to Event Cinema website for full terms and conditions on gift cards including expiry dates.
5. Winner Selection
- 1 winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be contacted via Instagram or Messenger DM within 48 hours of the giveaway ending.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
6. Publicity
- By entering, participants grant Physio Inq the right to use their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Terms
- Physio Inq may disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
- Physio Inq is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or technical issues preventing submissions.
- Physio Inq reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
8. Privacy
- Personal information will be handled in line with Physio Inq’s privacy policy.
- Data will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the giveaway.
9. Limitation of Liability
- By entering, participants release Physio Inq and its affiliates from any liability related to the giveaway.
10. Governing Law
- This giveaway and these terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
